Through the quote request form: full name, company, job title, e-mail address, phone number, country, the service you are interested in and the details of your request (product, estimated volume, frequency, period, route, site, type of engagement, message).

Automatically, when the form is sent: your IP address and the country associated with it, and the language and page from which the request was sent. These are used for spam protection, to limit the number of requests and to route the reply.

Answering your request and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Follow-up communication about your request and protecting the website against abuse (spam, automated submissions) — our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We do not use the data for marketing and we make no automated decisions with legal effects on you.

The data is accessible to the VIMARKO OIL team handling your request. We use the following providers as processors: Cloudflare (website hosting, form processing and the Cloudflare Turnstile spam check) and Resend (delivery of the e-mails generated by the form).

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Data from a request that does not lead to a contract is kept for at most 24 months after the last communication and then deleted.

If the request leads to a contract, the data is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, archiving of accounting records).

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. To exercise them, write to ceo@vimarko.com; we reply within one month of receiving your request.

If you believe the processing of your data breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

The website does not use marketing or analytics cookies and does not load third-party maps or fonts. The Cloudflare Turnstile spam check may use storage that is strictly necessary for it to work. If enabled, visit statistics are collected without cookies and without data that identifies you (Plausible Analytics).
